Return Policy

The consumer has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Given the nature of much of the Clothing offered in Bakka, if the recipient wishes to return a product, it must be returned in the same form in which it was received, with a label attached to it, without any manipulation. If you want to return an underwear it is forbidden to wear it up before return!
